In 1972, she with honors graduated of Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University

From 07/01/1972 to 06/30/1975, she worked as a senior laboratory technician and a junior researcher at the Department of Biochemistry of the of Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University.

From 01.07.1975 to 30.04.2000 - gradually junior, senior and leading researcher of the Problem Research Laboratory No. 5 at Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University.

In 1983, she defended her candidate's thesis "Immunopharmacological study of tilorone and a number of chemically related new compounds", and in 1996 she defended her doctoral thesis "Pharmacological activity and some mechanisms of action of new synthetic immunomodulators". She has the academic titles of senior researcher, associate professor and professor.

Since May 1, 2000, she has been a professor at the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Biotechnology.

She works part-time as the chief researcher of the Biotechnological Scientific and Educational Center of ONU named after I.I. Mechnikova. Since 2000, he has been a scientific director or responsible executor of state-budget scientific topics. Participated in the execution of two international projects: INTAS PROJECTS Ref. No. 03-51-5563 "Elaboration of a new strategy for control of pathogens related to Clostridium perfringens and Clostridium difficile based on application of specific bacteriophages", 2004-2008 and FP7 IRSES-319007-TB PROGNOSIS "A progress of tuberculosis and HIV/tuberculosis treatment assessed by fingerprinting of small molecule-biomarkers in patients from Eastern Europe", 2014-2017.

Philipova Tetiana is the author of about 200 articles in domestic and foreign scientific publications (in particular, 53 articles presented in the Scopus database), 5 educational and methodical publications, 8 author's certificates and patents, 3 monographs. She trained 7 candidates of sciences.

Scientific interests: Immunopharmacology, functioning of the system of intercellular cooperation in bacteria, biotechnological potential of Black Sea bacteria
