In 2004, she graduated from Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University and enrolled as a junior researcher. In 2009, she defended her dissertation on the topic "Features of defective lysogeny of Erwinia carotovora", and was transferred to the position of senior researcher. In 2013, she received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Biotechnology. Organizer of the annual international summer school "International Bio Summer School", which takes place on the basis of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Biotechnology. Editor of English-language articles of the scientific journal "Biotechnology".

2011 - internship in the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy, Wroclaw, Poland. Within the framework of the individual grant Ukraine-Poland collaboration 2009. Laboratory of Medical Microbiology.

2012 - internship in the National Institute of Agriculture (INRA), Nantes, France, within the framework of the international scientific cooperation project "Dnipro" between France and Ukraine. Laboratory of the Research Unit "Biopolymer Interactions and Assembling".

2015, 2016 - internship at the FUNDACIÓ INSTITUT D'INVESTIGACIÓ EN CIÈNCIES DE LA SALUT GERMANS TRIAS I PUJOL (IGTP) (Barcelona, Spain) in the frame of Marie-Curie FP7-IRSES project.
