Biography:
- In 1991 she graduated from Odesa I.I. Mechnikov State University, with specialization in Spanish Language and Literature.
- From 1991 to 1997 she worked as a Spanish teacher in secondary school № 20 in Odesa.
- In 1997-2000 she taught Spanish and she graduated from the Arizona State University (USA) with a Master’s degree in Philology (Spanish Language and Literature).
- Since 2001 she has been working as a lecturer in the Department of Spanish Philology.
- In 2002-2003 she studied at the Diplomatic Academy (Madrid, Spain) and at the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain) and she received a Master's degree in International Relations.
- Since 2009 she is a certified DELE examiner.
- In 2016 she defended her thesis on “Organization of research activities of future philology teachers at universities in Spain” (specialty “13.00.04 - Theory and Methodology of Professional Education”) at the G.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.
Teaching activities:
- practical course of the Spanish language;
- introduction to Romance Studies;
- history of the Spanish language;
- Spanish teaching methodology.
Membership in associations: Since 2010 she is a member of the Association of Hispanists of Ukraine.
Major spheres of scientific interest: Romance studies, history of the Spanish language, methods of teaching foreign languages.
