Biography:

• In 1998 graduated from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University, majoring in German Language and Literature;
• Since 2000 has been working at the Department of German Philology;
• In 2008 defended her thesis on the topic “Origin, development and functioning of the grammatical category of number in the German language (based on nouns) (specialty 10.02.04 - Germanic languages);
• In 2023 underwent advanced training at Odesa National Maritime University at the Department Philology.

Educational activity:

• German as a main/first foreign language (OPP-2020 and OPP 2023);
• German as a second foreign language;
• Introduction to Germanic Philology;
• Introduction to translation studies;
• History of the main foreign language;
• Fundamentals of scientific research, academic writing and academic integrity;
• Second foreign language translation technique;
• Special courses.

Membership in associations: Member of the Union of Germanic Higher School of Ukraine.

Spheres of scientific interests: general linguistics, theory and practice of translation, history of the German language
