Biography:
- In 2005 graduated from Odessa National University. I.I. Mechnikov, by specialty «English language and literature»;
- Since 2005 has been teaching at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Natural Sciences Faculties;
- In 2013defended PhD thesis on "Socio-cultural prosodic features of broadcasting of UK television news announcers" (specialty 10.02.04 – Germanic languages ) at Odessa National University. I.I. Mechnikov;
Learning activities:
- English for professional purposes (directions: geology, geography, tourism);
Major spheres of scientific interest: studies cover the nature of prosody in the broadcasting of UK news broadcasters in correlation with genre-specific factors, as well as gender and territorial affiliation of the speaker.
