She defended the PhD thesis on the topic “Criminal liability for improper performance of professional duties, which led to the infection of a person with the human immunodeficiency virus or other incurable infectious disease” (specialty 12.00.08) in 2013 at the National Academy of Internal Affairs, Kiev.

 SPHERE OF SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS

The sphere of scientific interests includes: study of problems of theory of state and law; legal status; legal status of the healthcare system workers; criminal law fight against crimes in the field of professional activity of medical workers; problems of the law enforcement process; the effectiveness of the implementation of legal norms.
