Scientific results for 2020-2021:

The specific characteristics of financial institutions and tools for the development of the state, territories and business entities have been determined and analyzed.

The addition of their essential characteristics, the display of the components and the algorithm of reproduction at the state and regional level, the identification of the institutional support for the implementation of such a process, the consensus mechanism, the integral and stable institutional and legal base, information support, and the specific properties (systemicity, synergy, emergency and dynamism) that determine fundamental changes in financial relations.

Practical results:

The new original results obtained in 2021 on the determination of the specific characteristics of financial institutions and tools for the development of the state, territories and economic entities in the conditions of the modern development of the economy of Ukraine correspond to the latest level of research, confirmed by the publication of a monograph abroad. Also, the main provisions and results of the NDR are published in the form of articles in foreign scientific publications indexed by the scientometric database Scopus, in specialized publications of category B of Ukraine. The results of scientific research are protected by copyright certificates for the work of Ukraine, successfully tested at high-level international scientific and practical conferences , reflected in scientific materials indexed by Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection scientometric databases; additionally presented in materials of conferences, theses of reports and publications that are not included in the list of scientific specialized publications of Ukraine.

The practical significance of the obtained results is to bring the main provisions to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations for improving the characteristics of financial institutions and development tools at the macro, meso, and micro levels. Received 1 act of implementation of the results of the NDR into the educational process of the I.I. ONU. Mechnikova.

The practical value of the results of the GDR

• Prospective current scientific and scientific-practical results were obtained, which were used in the educational process and can be applied in the formation of own revenues of local budgets and improvement of the policy of inter-budgetary transfers.
• Scientific theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations can be used in the educational process and applied in the formation of the financial and budgetary policy of the state and regions (territories) in the conditions of financial decentralization.

Using the results in the educational process

• The obtained results of use in the educational process in the preparation of future specialists in finance and credit improve the quality of the educational process.
• Updated materials for lectures and practical classes for students of the Faculty of Economics and Law.

The purpose of the research work: supplementing the theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of research of socio-economic processes in the national macroeconomic environment in the conditions of international integration.

Main tasks:

- to form a system of factors for the development of socio-economic processes in the national economy and to improve mechanisms for increasing the competitiveness of business entities;

- to supplement the theoretical and methodological foundations of institutional transformations in the conditions of the development of market relations of the national economy in the conditions of international integration;

- identify national, sectoral and regional features of competitiveness;

- to offer modern instrumental accounting and analytical support for organizational and managerial support of subjects of the national economy;

- to reveal the prospects of regulation of socio-economic processes in Ukraine, taking into account development vectors.
