The Agency of European Innovation (AEI) and its partners cordially invite you to participate in an online training course titled " Fundamentals of Joint Project Activities at the Local Level." This course has been developed as part of the broader initiative, "Equipping You with the Knowledge and Skills for Success in EU Programs."

The primary objective of this course is to foster a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies for the advancement of Ukrainian communities and organizations. Emphasis will be placed on leveraging these approaches to secure funding from EU grant programs. Participants will gain proficiency in utilising project management tools to articulate projects and programs geared towards the reconstruction and development of Ukraine.

• Module I: "Developing Project and Design Thinking for Successful Projects"

  • Date: February 27, 2024

  In this module, you will explore the algorithm for cultivating project thinking and the design thinking tool for crafting project applications.

• Module II: "Tools for Exploring Issues in Projects"

  • Date: February 29, 2024
  • Time: 16:00-17:30

  Gain insights into effective tools for auditing community problems and understanding how they can be addressed using both internal resources and external assistance.

• Module III: "Formation of Project Ideas in the Community"

  • Date: March 05, 2024
  • Time: 16:00-17:30

  This module will guide you in refining your project ideas into a concept that expedites the process of securing support.

• Module IV: "Partnership Development Tools"

  • Date: March 07, 2024
  • Time: 16:00-17:30

  Learn practical recommendations and algorithms for establishing partnerships and synergies among all stakeholders involved in the development of your community.

Course Format:

The training will be conducted online through the ZOOM platform, with each module lasting 90 minutes.
