The purpose of creating a Virtual Training Factory at Odessa National University named after II Mechnikov is building a virtual and augmented reality environment for testing business architecture and business models in Industry 4.0.

The concept of training factories was proposed by a group of representatives of US universities. After numerous proposals, it was officially approved by the European Government. The modern definition of a training factory is an idealized reproduction of the links in the value chain, in which informal, non-formal and formal learning takes place.

Congratulations to the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science and Sociology, the staff of which formed a project proposal, with the victory in the competition of ERASMUS + Jean Monnet Projects from Odessa National I. I. Mechnikov University!

The basic department of the project is the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations of the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science and Sociology.

The mission of the project is to acquaint students, teachers, researchers and representatives of civil society with the basic European values and ways of their implementation during the realization of the European Union policy on social inclusion of refugees and migrants.

The basic department of the project is the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations of the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science and Sociology.

The mission of the project is to strengthen weight of EU Economic Studies in the research and teaching components of the multidisciplinary program «International Economic Relations» at Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University at Bachelor and Master levels. The project includes three designed and redesigned courses “International Economic Relations. EU Economic Integration”, “Economy of Euro Zone”, “EU Monetary Integration”.

During 2020 - 2022 it is planned:

• Acquaintance with teaching methods and training programs of the European Union in the context of Industry 4.0;
• Development of methodological concept and content of educational programs;
• Familiarization with the practices of building the capacity of free economic zones in the context of cooperation with industry;
• Development of a case study;
• Development of short-term courses for industry;
• Development of a new discipline for master students "Business Management in Industry 4.0";
• Creation of training laboratories "Virtual Enterprise";

The project “Quality Assurance System in Ukraine: Development on the Base of ENQA Standards and Guidelines” (QUAERE) is supported by ERASMUS+ Programme (Key Action 2 – Capacity building in the Field of Higher Education).

QUAERE is aimed at contribution to current reform of Ukrainian system of QA in higher education.

The team of the project consists of 13 universities from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Greece, the Netherlands, as well as the German independent agency for external evaluation and accreditation (ASIIN), Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA), Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Educational and Methodical Centre on QA and Ukrainian Association of Student Self-Government.

Objectives and tasks: a research project aimed to assesses the dual impact of human activity and natural pressures on the Mediterranean and Black Seas. PERSEUS merges natural and socio-economic sciences to predict the long-term effects of these pressures on marine ecosystems. The project aims to design an effective and innovative research governance framework, which will provide the basis for policymakers to turn back the tide on marine life degradation
