Biography

He was born in 1960 in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region. In 1977, he entered Odesa State University named after I. I. Mechnikov at the mechanical and mathematical faculty, majoring in applied mathematics, in 1982 he received a diploma. In 1985, he entered postgraduate studies at the Odessa Polytechnic University. In 1989, he defended his thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences with the specialty 05.13.12.CAD on the topic "Automated design of the topology of complex technical systems".
