Welcome to the website of the Department of Administrative and Commercial Law.

The department was established on November 12, 1997 and was called "Department of Administrative and Business Law". On July 6, 2004 the department was renamed into the Department of Administrative and Commercial Law.

The first head of the Department of Administrative and Commercial Law was  scientist in the field of management theory and administrative law, academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor Anatolii Semenovych Vasyliev (1997-2014).

During the existence of the department the main characteristics of its activity were high professionalism, scientific and educational competence, innovative style of work.

The teaching staff of the department has a high level of scientific-theoretical and practical training, as well as carries out pedagogical activities with students on the basis of the introduction of modern technologies to achieve high results.

The department trains applicants for higher education at the first (bachelor's), second (master's) and third (educational and scientific) levels of higher education in the specialty 081 "Law".

Each profession has its own list of requirements that it imposes on the person who has decided to pursue it. It is like a psychological portrait of a profession, which consists of a list of abilities and psychological qualities that are necessary for its successful development. Without these qualities, it will be much more difficult for a person who dreams of becoming a lawyer to succeed in the chosen field.
