The administration is constantly working body of operative management of the university. It is created according to Position about the supreme national an educational institution and the Charter of university and acts the bases of the university of Regulations about approved by the rector administration ONU I.I.Mechnikova.

The basic purpose of administration is the decision of the major questions of the organization of management and coordination abilities to live of university.

At sessions of administration the question of the control and check of performance of laws of Ukraine, Decrees and orders of the President of Ukraine, orders and Decisions of the Cabinet of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and a science of Ukraine, orders and orders of the rector of university, a question of the organization, coordination and the control of work of structural subitems, performance of scientific, educational, methodical plans and problems, financial and economic and a labour discipline and etc.

The management of administration is carried out by the rector. The quantity and personal structure of members of administration are approved by the rector once a year.

Into structure of administration enter: the rector, pro-rectors, directors of institutes, deans of faculties, directors tutorially-centres of science, heads of structural subitems (chiefs of departments, services), the chief accountant, the assistant to the rector.

The agenda of sessions of administration is formed on the basis of perspective and current programs and plans on representation of pro-rectors, chiefs of departments and services, heads of structural subitems. The list of questions on session of administration is made by the assistant to the rector. In case of need officials whom concerns discussed questions are invited to session.

The decision of administration are made out by the report and receive the status of requirements, obligatory for performance. The coordination control over performance of decisions of administration is carried out by the assistant to the rector, and also responsible persons when due hereunder.

As the facts testify, practical results of work of members of administration to the full answer a definite purpose and functionality to directions.
