The International conference “Differential and integral equations” 2000 has been conducted on the basis of IMEM.
The main results of fundamental researches: developed averaging methods of differential equations with diffuse right member and of differential and discrete inclusions; algorithmes of numerical-asymptotic solutions of systems control problems, quasidifferential equations and equations with impulses have been worked out on the basis of these methods. The scientific researches about mathematical theory extension were not end in itself, but they were directed to mathematical methods creation of solutions of new, more difficult optimal control problems, which appear in addition.
