The IYLA is an annual partnership-driven premier leadership development program that hosts international university students and young professionals for trainings, forums, and other activities throughout Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York. Through events hosted at institutions such as the State Department, US Congress, University of Pennsylvania, World Bank, and UN, participants acquire first-hand experience in leadership, build a platform to tackle current issues, and join a lasting global leadership network.
Since the launch of IYLA in 2012, many partners including embassies, UN missions, and universities have worked together to impact over 7,000 young leaders from 120 countries. You can learn more about it on the IYLA website (www.iyla.info), where you can read the 2016 Program Report and the 2017 IYLA Flyer.
Please feel free to share this information at Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. If you are interested in becoming a university partner and/or sponsoring students or staff, please let me know at your earliest convenience so that we can move forward with this potential partnership.
